continuous improvement excellence culture and stimulate management thinking
about structured problem solving to ensure the successful application of
CI/Lean principles, concepts, tools and
methodologies for the company. This will be accomplished by developing, recommending and implementing continuous improvement
strategies designed to reduce cost, eliminate product / process variability
and achieve measurable increases in manufacturing margins, quality,
productivity, and safety while exceeding related operational / customer
satisfaction performance measures.
