As a Global QFS Network Standards Technical Partner, we want your passion and expertise to lead the development of global quality, food safety, and sanitation program and network standards and to support the capability building process which enables compliance to Kellogg and Regulatory standards.


This role will serve as the subject matter expert to resource the effective development of policies, procedures, programs and practices. Provide guidance to emerging technologies and industry best practices.


HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Drive Results- Developing Quality, Food Safety, and Sanitation programs that drive standardized excellence in performance across the global organization.
  • Collaborate- Utilize your Quality and Food Safety skillset and partner with Global Engineering and Environmental Health & Safety functions to develop QFS and sanitation network standards for design, operation, maintenance, and sanitation of our facilities and equipment.
  • Compliance- Supporting the development 7 Core programs by ensuring up to date programs and training content & job aids developed by Deployment and Developmental teams for use in all Manufacturing Categories.
  • Proactive Mindset- You will be the subject matter functional support to our Global Engineering partners and Environmental Health & Safety departments for an effective and sustainable execution of Kellogg and regulatory standards. Support the development of our Supply Chain partners by developing QFS programs, elements, and procedures under the Quality Management System and KWS while collaboraitng with peer functional groups to establish holistic standards.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


Required:

  • Maintain an owner’s mindset and act decisively
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working with food manufacturing facilities
  • Knowledge and experience in QFS systems, Sanitation, training, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of US and international food safety regulations
  • Strong communication and writing skills to deliver training
  • Critical-thinking to drive the business forward
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and able to work well in stressful situations

Bonus Points:

  • Master of Science Degree and/or Ph.D. in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Science or relevant discipline
