President, Food Safety - Massachusetts

Our client is a PE backed,
multi-site, global manufacturer of consumer perishables. With a high growth
strategy thru acquiring new consumers and channels and an aggressive new
product pipeline, the Company has elected to create a new role: VP, Food
Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Recognizing that the safety of their
products is of the utmost importance, the role will report to the CEO, and
work closely with their customers and the Board.
Our client has always had a strong focus on safety and
quality; but by elevating this role to the Senior Leadership team reporting
directly to the CEO, the company is stating its total commitment to the
manufacturing and distribution of its products with the highest of safety and
product integrity. This is also an opportunity to participate in a future
company "event" with equity.
- 15+ years
leading a team of Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
employees.
- Multi-site
experience.
- Food,
nutraceuticals manufacturing, Grocery retail or QSR experience.
- Global
experience is a plus.
- Relocation to
NE US is required. Alternatively, plants in IN and MN will also work for
office location.
- Excellent
package provided; pre-IPO equity.
