S.A. Piazza & Associates is a family owned
business operating since 1967. We make frozen pizzas and bake our crusts
fresh in the bakery. Our pizzas are sold across North America in grocery
stores under our brand Wild Mike's Pizza, as well as in schools across the
USA. We also make other food brands' pizzas under their labels.

USDA & FDA.
Complete weekly/monthly items
on the audit schedule that cover facility inspections, systems audits,
and process audits, which cover all food safety and quality policies.
Make sure food safety teams
meet and their corrective actions

Crisis Management Team
Spend 40% of time on the
production floor, helping create solutions for the production and
warehouse teams, supporting maintenance team to make food safe
Supervise the Auditor and
assist the sanitation supervisor with labor, chemical, and equipment
needs (since the sanitation supervisor works graveyard shift).
Train all employees on food
safety and quality topics.
Maintain document control of
the quality management system.
HACCP trained (certificate)
SQF trained or experienced
(having had some responsibility for the SQF system)
Food Science, Manufacturing,
or Engineering related degree (AS or BS)
3+ years of experience in
food manufacturing leadership role
Dependent on experience,
40 hrs vacation, increases 8
hours every year of employment
