Revolution Enterprises seeks a Food Scientist. You will be responsible for Formulating, packaging and manufacturing responsibilities in a factory kitchen setting. The Food Chemist has at least a BS degree or higher in microbiology, chemistry, food chemistry or food science or nutrition from an accredited institution and has at least three years’ experience working on formulation, packaging or processing side activities in the food products industry. The Food Chemist should have broad knowledge of food ingredient-property relationships and demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality and safety practices such as HAACP, GMP and ISO standards or practices. The Food Chemist supports and participates in the company’s quality programs and complies with the company’s safety policies. The Food Chemist is able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. The Food Chemist is able to qualify for and wear a chemical respirator for certain activities.
