Manufacture product in Pilot Plant facilities
(perform batch calculations, create manufacturing instructions, order and
weigh ingredients, assemble batches for processing and fill into
containers).Coordinate analytical testing of product (prepare testing
protocols, complete purchase orders, review test results, perform unit
Conduct product evaluations (powder oxidation and scoop delivery studies,
in process testing of pH, viscosity and total solids).Communicate results
of experiments (organize data into tables, prepare
bills of materials, complete manufacturing run summaries).
Qualifications: BS in Food Science or related scientific field.
An internship or equivalent experience at a food company is preferred.
