Position Summary
As a HACCP Coordinator you will be responsible for administering compliance at the local facility for the Food Safety, HACCP, and SQF programs.

Responsibilities

       Responsible for scheduling and maintaining the sampling and testing program
HACCP/SQF recordkeeping

       Ensure compliance of company quality and food safety policies

       Serve as local authority on all quality and food safety programs, policies, and procedures

       Conduct training and coach HACCP/SQF team

       Perform audits with USDA, SQF, vendors, and other institutions

Requirements

       Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science or related discipline
1-3 years previous QA / Food Safety / Research experience in meat production environment

       Knowledge of HACCP, SQF and USDA regulations
SQF or HACCP certification preferred
