Job Description: Assisting U.S. and foreign clients with HACCP Plan
review and creation; regulatory compliance consulting; interacting with the
US Food and Drug Administration and Customs and Border Protection; internal
collaboration with U.S. and overseas colleagues at Registrar Corp.
Education: BS or MS in Food Science or related degree; concentration
in food safety, food processing, quality control, and food defense. HACCP
certification or previous experience with HACCP required.
Skills: * Strong science background; * Excellent writing and
organization skills; * Professional demeanor; * Ability to interact with
clients and government employees; * High level of organization.
Languages: English; second language a plus.
