QUALITY CONTROL

Drives company mission, vision, and values. Responsible for the activities involved in
assuring the quality of all products produced. Meet company service, quality, cost, safety,
and people objectives. This includes development, implementation, and monitoring of
programs for:

         HACCP, Organic Certification, Non-GMO, FDA, USDA, BRC

         Safe Quality Foods

         Tracking ingredients and products (Traceability - Lot Tracking)

         Supplier Certifications

         Managing process control and adherence to specifications

         Managing environmental controls

         Labeling products and shipping finished goods

Key Duties & Responsibilities (Includes the following. Other duties may apply or
be assigned):

         Manages all Quality Control processes at all processing facilities

         Develops and implemented programs to ensure compliance with GMP's by all
employees and other personnel in the processing facilities

         Orchestrates the administration of biological monitoring procedures to determine
the efficacy of sanitation methods

         Monitors employee practices to aid in a pest free environment

         Develops and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve
quality performance

         Supervises operation to comply with all applicable safety laws and regulation, as
well as Company food safety policies, procedures, and standards

         Develops and maintains training and development programs that support key
performance goals for the Company, as well as provide a satisfying and rewarding
work environment for employees

         Manages operations to maintain a superior rating in all company audits

         Educates and trains employees as to their impact in the quality management
system

Job Requirements:

         Experience working in food related field

         Must possess leadership capacity and skill

         Basic technical writing skills, i.e. composing emails

         Great communication skills, especially with fellow co-workers

         Ability to read, write, and speak English. Extra plus to have the ability to read,
write, and speak Spanish but not mandatory

         Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel program

         HACCP trained but not mandatory
