About the Role
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the food safety and quality assurance program
- Ensure department properly organized, staffed, and trained
- Manage SQF-Level 3 audit and other third party audits
- Work with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure product quality meets customer specifications and expectations, as well as regulatory requirements
- Identify potential food safety issues and proactively seek solutions
