include in market testing of key initiatives/equipment performance on
ingredients/food. (examples; thaw cabinet,
shortening studies, KFC Select recipes) and supplier/product cutting
program evaluation for core ingredients: fries, tortillas, seasonings.
Work will include sensory testing of ingredients and
products, supporting and conducting equipment validation studies,
collecting data, planning and executing food product demos and managing and

Leading the execution of the core ingredient
cutting program including follow up reporting.
Participates in all courses including leading
portions of PEC and Cooking and Holding
Manage knowledge tool transfer to BMU?s
Actively participate in field training
EDUCATION: BS in Food Science or
related field with 3 years experience
