Food Safety Manager

safety efforts ensuring that our customers can always enjoy our products with

- Serve as
the Food Safety and Quality leader in the organization. Ensure that the
company is compliant with all regulations and that the company is
working to continually improve its practices.
and maintain the HACCP Program as the HACCP Team Leader.
HACCP, SQF, Organic, Gluten- Free and Kosher certification and
maintain, review, standard operating procedures (SOPís) and sanitation
standard operating procedures (SSOPís) and protocols.

standards including Employee Training of GMPs, Food Defense, Sanitation,
Allergen controls and Food Borne Illnesses.

of experience managing Food Safety in a Retail

HACCP, SQF, FSMA readiness and compliance, auditing and inspections as
well as environmental guidelines.
Safety Program leadership experience working in facility certified at
SQF 2 or SQF 3.
understanding of NSF Standards and sanitary design requirements for food
interacting with the local Department of Health.

ability to handle complexity and judgment in order to quickly problem
solve and make judicious decisions regarding product quality and safety.
- HACCP and
SQF certified (SQF Practitioner) that has led an organization through a
level 2 SQF audit.
