drives business and product advancements. We apply our food science
training to stay on the cutting edge of nutrition/fitness while delivering
impactful products that positively influence the lives of our consumers.
What will you be
doing at Beachbody as a Product Development Technologist, Food Science?
- Develop ingredient
specifications, as well as maintaining the ingredient and finished
product specification database
- Organize raw
materials and maintain ingredient inventories
- Collaborate with
Operations on new and alternate ingredient qualifications
- Conduct sensory
evaluations, analyze the data, and report the results
- Test new/alternate
ingredients for product improvements and line extensions
We'd Love to Chat if You Have...
- Food Science,
Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent technical BS degree is required
- Strong attention to
knowledge of food science including- ingredient functionality, health
and nutrition, food manufacturing processes, microbiology, quality
assurance principles, and market research practices
- 2-4 years of
