Job Description
Prometric, the leading global provider of comprehensive testing and assessment services, is seeking a number of Food Safety experts with CPFM certification to work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the test development process.
We are currently in the process of updating our CPFM certification exam for the food industry. We seek input from you as an expert of the food safety industry for this endeavor.
To ensure that the test content is up-to-date, Prometric conducts a job analysis every six to eight years for the Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) credential. The job analysis allows us to define the most current tasks that CPFMs perform and the knowledge needed to perform those tasks competently. We use this information to validate and update our CPFM certification exam. We require a number of Food Safety Subject Matter Experts to contribute to this process.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of test development.
Ideally, we require CPFM certified Food professionals from a variety of different workplaces and roles: restaurants, inspectors, hospitals, chefs, FDA officials, etc.
Food safety professionals from a variety of different geographical locations in the US will be considered.
Experience and Skills
Required
CPFM Certification
3 years of experience in the food industry
Available to attend two day-long meetings on 25th and 26th June in Baltimore
Active participation: Full participation in each day of test development activity: contributing significant input to the test development process
