Food Safety in our
The Fresh Market will require a Bachelor's Degree Risk Management, Finance or a related field. The Fresh Market will require previous restaurant, hospitality or retail management/operations experience including, but not limited to food safety, customer relations, operations and safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to build and maintain professional working relationships within and outside The Fresh Market are required. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, and sitting throughout the entire workday and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. There will be travel up to and in excess of 25% of the time.
