Tillamook County Creamery
Association (TCCA), an Oregon-based, farmer-owned cooperative, and
maker of the number two selling brand of natural chunk cheese in the
country, has an opening for a Director of Quality Assurance in
our Tillamook, Oregon plant.
Lead a team that is
responsible for design, implementation, and ongoing management of all
quality assurance processes that insure the consistent production of
highest quality, best tasting Tillamook branded dairy products.
Provide vision,
leadership, and coaching to develop and maintain the competencies and
performance of department team members.
Work with field, marketing, operations, and 3rd parties to
insure that food safety, regulatory, and quality assurance processes
are fully integrated into their ongoing business activities.
Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or
similar technical field of study. An advanced degree would be a
plus.
Experience: Requires 10 years of Quality Assurance
experience and 5+ years of management experience.
