As a Sr. Scientist in the Foods Research and Development
(R&D) group, you will be part of a team developing new products and driving
innovation by demonstrating strong scientific principles and having a
“love the lab” attitude.
To achieve this, you will:
Provide technical expertise to formulate,
improve and commercialize food products in the dressings/sauces/condiments
Interface closely with other
functional areas involved in product development, including process and
packaging development, regulatory, microbiology, marketing, sales and
the technical depth required to
execute projects that deliver key business initiatives.

problems and achieve project results within the allocated timeline and
Analyze and interpret
data to meet project targets and objectives.

MS or PhD
in Food Science
of 7 years of industry experience, preferably in Food related CPG.
deep product development technical knowledge preferably focused on at least
one of these areas: dressings/sauces/condiments, emulsion technology, dairy
science & chemistry.
in leading technical teams in R&D &/or Engineering.
oral and written communication skills.
track record of driving company growth through product innovation.
project planning and project management skills in the commercialization of
use technical skills to meet business needs.
influencing/alignment skills (championing and selling.)
in food development and commercialization processes.
with other R&D functions in consumer products - Consumer Research,
Product Development, Process Development, etc.
interacting on cross-functional teams - Marketing, Sales, Product Supply,
