Full Job Description
The Director of food & Beverage is responsible for the operations of a restaurant. This leader should also have a strong background in food and beverage fundamentals and multi departmental oversight with at least three years’ management experience. Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation. Infrasy POS knowledge a plus.
This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
