What you will bring General/ Basic Background in
Functional Area Management Skills, people
organization. Strong data analysis skills,
including but not limiting to Power BI, Big data and high level of Excel
management is a must. Experience on building Analytical
Dashboards and business intelligence Business knowledge and understanding Knowledge of quality systems, HACCP,
and FSSC22000 Microbiology, Food Safety and
Sanitation experience desirable Experience and/or auditing
certification desirable, e.g.: GFSI, ISO22000, LRQA Practical experience in Mondelēz
International categories, preferably high risk
products, e.g. cheese. dairy, nuts, cocoa, aseptic and retort products More about this role The candidate will be leading the
Regional audit strategy and development of audit objectives, extent,
duration, audit protocols and audit team. Direct interaction with region
