Maintain the global quality auditing organization as a high performance team executing consistent independent assessments using food safety certification programs, quality tools and supply chain reinvention as an enabler across all key Supply chain touch points, delivering value added continuous improvement knowledge, having full oversight of Quality Auditing agenda and focused on safety, leadership and product Quality.
How you will contribute
As part of this role you will be contributing by:
What you will bring
General/ Basic Background in Functional Area
Management Skills, people organization.
Strong data analysis skills, including but not limiting to Power BI, Big data and high level of Excel management is a must.
Experience on building Analytical Dashboards and business intelligence
Business knowledge and understanding
Knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, and FSSC22000
Microbiology, Food Safety and Sanitation experience desirable
Experience and/or auditing certification desirable, e.g.: GFSI, ISO22000, LRQA
Practical experience in Mondelēz International categories, preferably high risk products, e.g. cheese. dairy, nuts, cocoa, aseptic and retort products
More about this role
The candidate will be leading the Regional audit strategy and development of audit objectives, extent, duration, audit protocols and audit team. Direct interaction with region Directors performed on a as needed basis (audit program and through periodic updates)
