Job Description:
As the Manager of Food Safety & Quality, Special
Operations, you will deliver strategic quality & food safety leadership
across the HelloFresh network. With the support of the Food Safety &
Quality Manager, Special Ops you will work closely with site specific Food
Safety & Quality leaders working toward continuous improvement of Food
Safety & Quality programs.
You will ...
- Implement technology based food safety and quality improvements
to further advance industry leading FS/QA programs
- Implement SQF,
organic & gluten free based programs at all HelloFresh locations by
working with regional food safety and quality leadership
- Utilize
project management methodology to drive continuous improvement projects
related to product quality and customer experience
- Maintain and
improve Food Safety standards through audits and inspections
- Manage quality based product timelines with key stakeholders
including finance, procurement, recipe development, customer care,
operations, nutrition and other departments
- Lead the
implementation of Food Safety & Quality standards at startup of new
HelloFresh locations; including training, technology, risk management,
and process ownership
- Partner with
Procurement, Operations and other departments to develop SOPs and KPIs
that will drive standardization and improvement across all aspects of
the company

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelor's
Degree (Masters preferred) in Food Science, Microbiology, Supply Chain,
or related; at minimum, high school diploma with no less than 6 years'
relevant experience
- 5+ years of
experience in Food Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, or Food Manufacturing
- Well-versed in
quality systems, food safety regulations, HACCP, SQF, GMPs
- Quality or Ingredient
Certifications a plus (ASQ, SQF, AIB etc.)
- Efficient
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Google app (Gmail, drive,
sheets, etc.), and Tableau capabilities
Schedule: Monday-Friday (working weekends and holidays may be
required) up to 50% travel
