As a Logistics Warehouse Manager in one of our state-of-the-art plants,
you’ll use your warehouse and distribution skills to manage our warehouse
supporting the making of our delicious and sought-after brands. Your pride in

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading with
Motivation – You will
be part of the leadership team, assisting with setting the direction,
policy, and strategic plan for the plant. You’ll be challenged with
meeting (and we know you’re good) and beating
the annual warehouse budget.
- All around MVP
- Day-to-day
you’ll be leading all inbound/outbound activities, warehouse, internal
movements of products, shipping, transportation activities, and the team
that supports you.
- Successful
Metrics - Food and
People Safety are a top priority, so along with embracing and driving
that culture, you’ll be accountable for managing all associated costs
within the warehouse, creating the budget, reporting out on gaps, and
developing plans to close them, on-time loading, inventory management
and a few more.
- Project
Management – On time and
under budget?! Use your time management and goal-oriented skills in
order to provide leadership and support on distribution-focused
projects.
- Vendor
Relationships – Our
vendors are important to our success, you’ll be flexing your
relationship-building skills as you manage our partners who help our
logistics operations.
- Support – Collaboration is one of your
skillsets as you working with operations to support our production
teammates. As products come in for production, you’ll oversee the
logistics of getting to the appropriate line. Like being in the know and
being agile? Great – as production needs change, so do your moves.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- High School
diploma/GED with significant relevant experience
- Proven ability
to plan, organize, and effectively manage people
- Sense of humor
- WMS experience
- Previous
Warehouse Management experience within a manufacturing setting
- Proven ability
to plan, organize, and effectively manage people in a fast-paced 7 day
per-week operation
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s
degree in a related field with significant industry experience
- Food
manufacturing experience
- SAP experience

Travel for this role is 10%.
Relocation will be offered.
