As a Quality & Food Safety
(QFS) Innovation Coach, we want your passion and expertise to ensure
quality and food safety compliance during the innovation process while
protecting our brands and consumers. You will be key driver to develop and
train on all QFS standards needed prior to each phase of product innovation
from conception to launch and production. This role will report to the Global
Sr. Product Quality Technical Partner.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive Results- Developing process and standard
work to ensure quality & food safety standards for each stage of
innovation including tools such as checklists and job aids.
- Grow&
Develop- Building
capability with project team and determining required training for the
new product using the Image & Defect Reference Manual, before
handing off to QFS coach/ manufacturing plant. Grow and develop with
K&A Project Teams.
- Collaborate- Engaging with project team and
QFS Coach from conception to launch by ensuring compliance to all QFS
Standards. Working closely with the Global Food Safety& Regulatory
Lead to ensures compliance to all regional regulatory expectations where
food will be sold.
- Proactive
Mindset- Providing
technical guidance and application of QFS programs and compliance to
design standards and elevating significant technical issues to expedite
resolution.

Required:
- Ability to
travel a minimum of 25%.
- Maintain an
owner’s mindset and act decisively
- Bachelor of
Science Degree in Food Science or related field
- Experience
working with food manufacturing plants
- Knowledge and
experience in quality and food safety & research and development
- Ability to
lead and be strategic to drive the business forward
- Strong
communication skills to lead presentations and influence
- Ability to
manage multiple programs and projects and able to work well in stressful
situations
Bonus
- Master of
Science Degree and/or Ph.D. in Engineering, Food Science &
Technology, Science or relevant discipline

Travel for this role is 25%.
