As a
Production Machine Operator, you will use your talent for all things
technical to help us produce some of the world’s most recognizable products.
In Blue Anchor, we are looking for high-energy, motivated and innovative
individuals to help our team create warm, golden delicious waffles. Blue
Anchor is one of Kellogg’s five Frozen Foods plants and our team takes pride
in every “L’Eggo My Eggo”
product we make. From our union facility in South Jersey, we use our
“K-Values” to guide our actions. We are relentless in safely delivering the
best, quality waffle goodness straight from your grocery freezer to your

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Making Things Happen – Produce high-quality finished goods that make mornings
better for our consumers. As you create excellent products, you’ll also also ensure efficient and safe machine operation.- Setting the
Pace –
Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative
maintenance. With your help, we’ll continue to lead the way in
efficiency and safety!
- Demonstrating
Accountability - Follow
all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices as you perform
key tasks. Your passion for precision and ability to work as directed
will assure your success.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- Previous
experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
- Demonstrated
ability to operate machinery
- Ability to
follow verbal and written instructions
- Physically
must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the
waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
- Ability to
work overnight shifts
Bonus Points:
- Experience in
the food manufacturing industry
- Mechanical
aptitude
- A great sense
of humor
