Job Summary

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager you will lead the development and maintenance of ongoing network supply and capacity plans. You will use SAP planning tools and supporting processes (SNP) to promote network strategy. You will oversee the supply planning process partnering with teams to meet/exceed customer service, working capital and cost targets while identifying ways to improve supply planning processes for specific areas. You will be a major contributor on projects involving new product introductions and transitions.

You Will:

• Create weekly/monthly production and capacity plans
• Maintain data integrity in Supply Planning systems to promote efficient inventory and capacity management, customer service, and operational metrics
• Work with Demand Planning, Scheduler and Replenishment Planning to translate S&OP forecasts to SKU-DC level supply plans
• Manage monthly IBP production planning process through Supply Reviews
• Analyze long-term production plans and develop annual capacity planning models showing planned production, and available capacity by month
• Use ConAgra systems to communicate important drivers and proposed solutions to service and inventory issues
• Maintain and update all monthly inputs used to calculate safety stocks and inventory targets.
• Provide backup and support for other Supply Chain functions, as assigned
• Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics versus established targets. Review production performance and update planning rates to reflect plant capabilities and available capacity.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of S&OP processes, customer planning or supply planning
• 5+ years of relevant experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning or materials management
• Experience with supply planning software
• SAP experience
• Proficient Excel skills
• Travel (10% - 15%)
