Description
This role is a member of the site leadership team. This is
a plant role that is both administrative and hands on in a factory
environment.
What are we looking for?
- Degree
required in quality discipline or work within QFS environment.
- Factory
experience, 4 - 6 direct reports. Experience in food manufacturing and
CPG a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Create a
culture of quality and food safety
- Lead QFS
initiatives
- Protect the
site and the business from food safety events by insuring established site
processes are adhered to
- Drive a
culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate QFS
transformation to the next level
