Full Job Description
Temporary Solutions, Inc. is currently working with a one of the
world’s largest, fastest-growing hospitality companies. We are searching for
a Compliance Analyst to provide risk reduction for the payroll team. This is
a remote opportunity.
Compliance Analyst Responsibilities
- Develop audits to identify and track
defects and potentially fraudulent activities
- Develop solutions for reducing risk
through the elimination or reduction of manual processes
- Partner with leadership and the broader
payroll team to execute process improvement efforts
- Support the creation of narratives for
infrequent or one-off unique payroll activities, to memorialize the
circumstance, and to be leveraged as a training resource
- Support the execution and completion of action
items identified to mitigate or remediate risks
- Support efforts of reviewing organization
and department policies, and continually survey the organization
landscape to make suggestions on how these polices should be applied to
ensure compliance
Compliance Analyst Qualifications
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of US state
and federal regulations specific to wage and hour laws
- Functional knowledge of payroll and human
resource operations or processes is preferred, and/or experience
supporting internal audit efforts
- Proven analytical capabilities;
experience managing large amounts of data and developing audit reports,
metrics, and reporting mechanisms
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft
