Full Job Description
Pay rate commensurate with leadership experience and
education - range is $16-$19/hr, part time and full
time benefits available as well as scholarship opportunities.
The Food Safety and Quality Coordinator or Director (based on experience and
education) has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a
quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all
areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations,
restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management,
recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products
and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The
person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills,
organizational skills, proven experience in food safety and quality or
quality assurance, ability to lead and hold other accountable to high
standards and create a culture of continuous experience. Must be hands on and
willing to lead by example to coach and develop others, as well as to
implement systems and training programs to ensure a culture of food safety
and quality in a very fast paced demanding high volume
environment. Must have outstanding work ethic, high emotional intelligence,
be able to successfully balance results and relationships, hold yourself to
the highest standards of accountability and be coachable. Will be working as
part of a high performance leadership team with
other Directors and Coordinators, who work together to ensure all business
needs are met. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a
minimum age of 21+ years old for this job and have open availability, average
work week is 45-50 hours max with Sundays off.
