Full Job Description

We're looking for the Food Safety and Quality Director to lead and serve as a Hospitality Professional at Chick-fil-A Palm Coast. The Food Safety Manager provides leadership to the overall strategy of stewarding our food quality and safety at the restaurant. This includes providing leadership, direction, preparation, execution, development and training for all aspects of food quality and safety. The director serves as a member of the leadership team and is committed to living our vision of loving and serving well, our daily actions, and our mission of restoring and refreshing our team and guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States * Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in a fast paced, kitchen environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or adjustments to orders quickly and efficiently * Must have a work hard, play hard mentality.
  • Must choose to have an abundance mindset.
  • Must have or pass the ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Test within 6 months of hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
