We are looking for a dynamic individual who can help drive our company to new levels of success by developing a clear vision for the future and working in collaboration with our team to achieve it. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and service, knowledgeable about kitchen equipment and processes, and capable of working well independently or as part of a team. The Food Manager will have extensive experience working in kitchens, and will also have strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean work areas and equipment.
  • Follow proper health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of food items.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area.
  • Adhere to pertinent federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards and codes.
  • Manage a staff of 20 employees.
  • Stock food supplies and work area.
  • Schedule maintenance work.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
