Review revised ingredient statements and production process flow to assure there is no known negative impact to FSQ. Work with suppliers to provide the required detail including shelf life studies and process flow diagrams. Communicate findings and recommendations to Product Development.
  • Administer Wawa No Antibiotics Ever/Raised Without Antibiotic Questionnaire to supplier and review responses. Utilize product and industry technical knowledge to collaborate with Wawa Product Development and supplier to create a mutually agreed upon product specification that includes all supporting documentation. Approve the final specification from the QA perspective.
  • Respond to Applix Tickets for product categories as assigned. Follow up with suppliers and Stores as needed. Manage and close tickets in the system when issues are resolved.
