customers, but also about enriching you. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. POSITION SUMMARY: This is a Corporate Quality Senior Manager position
supporting NUSA Co-Manufacturing as well as represent zone NA with COQM. You
will provide mentoring, leadership and support for all Co-Manufacturing audit
aspects within our Co-Manufacturing operations with technical expertise and
support to factories and other functions ensuring:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. You will collaborate with TPM support pillars, other
functions and factories (using TPM methodology and tools) to develop and
execute action plans to drive reduction and elimination of waste related to
Co-Manufacturing audit management. 2. You will build leadership, technical skills and
capability in Quality Assurance Auditors to ensure autonomy. 3. You will support Co-Manufactures with management and
maintenance of the quality assurance systems in compliance with Nestle
policies, Regulatory and Customer Requirements. 4. You will collaborate with the other functions to drive
improvements at Co-Manufactures to reduce defects and improve performance. 5. You will support Co-Manufactures and Supply Chain to
ensure finished product management. 6. You will support customer complaint resolution with
Co-Manufactures. 7. You will request support as needed from other functions
to achieve business objectives. 8. You will assist in product recalls or withdrawals. TRAVEL – approximately 35% REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
