accountabilities for this position include:
Creates gold standard innovative products, line
extensions and platforms that feed the product testing pipeline for both
Domestic and International markets.
· Maintain proper documentation on
product formulations, culinary specifications, processing procedures,
testing evaluations, other technical documents and any supplier
communications that allow for consistent and reliable execution in
development and day to day functions.
· Creates and fosters effective
relationships with R&D, cross-functional team members and suppliers.
· Follow and analyze trends /
competitive landscape to initiate creation of new bakery concepts.
all team activities; culinary innovation, product reviews, tastings,
competitive analysis and leadership events.
the preparation of new products for tastings with marketing, executives,
Franchisee Committees and Field Teams.
Participate in all team events, projects and programs.
proper lab conditions and equipment maintenance.
