The Manager, QA Auditor will be responsible for protecting the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards. The Team Member will travel daily to evaluate hotels and conduct inspections of the property. The Manager, QA Auditor will conduct a review of the inspection with the General Manager of the property prior to leaving hotel and generate reports and images of the inspection for analysis by numerous parties.

What will I be doing?
The Manager, QA Auditor will be responsible for protecting the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards. The Team Member will travel daily to evaluate hotels and conduct inspections of the property. The Manager, QA Auditor will conduct a review of the inspection with the General Manager of the property prior to leaving hotel and generate reports and images of the inspection for analysis by numerous parties.

 

Other key priorities are listed below:

·        Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluations

·        Address inquiries and communications made internally both verbally and in written communications. Voice mails and e-mails are the most common. These communications include, but are not limited to, Quality Auditors, Area Managers in Quality Assurance, Directors, Vice President of Quality Assurance, Brand Teams, Design and Construction, and Human Resources

·        Monitor expenses incurred while travelling to complete scheduled evaluations, to ensure the departmental objectives are being met both based upon monthly and yearly goals

·        Coordinate upcoming activities. Which will include, but are not limited to, travel plans, hotel scheduling, ensuring down time work is completed and submitted by established deadlines

·        Address inquiries and communications made externally both verbally and in written communications. Voice mail and e-mail are most common. These inquiries include, but are not limited to, communications with General Managers, area managers for the hotels, and owners. Communications often cover brand standard compliance, Quality Assurance, brand protocol, procedures, and success plans

·        High School Degree/GED

·        A minimum of three (3) years of General Manager experience at a limited service Hilton Worldwide property or three (3) years of experience as an Executive Committee Member at a full service Hilton Worldwide property

·        Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook

·        A minimum of three (3) months of experience working in the Food and Beverage area

·        Either have or have the ability to obtain a Driver’s License

 It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

 

·        BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree

·        Food Safety Certification
