Responsibilities include:
Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives
Directs testing of processes and products
Conducts quality engineering reviews of design documentation
Develops new approaches to problem solving approaches
Implements training programs for key personnel
Investigates and handles customer complaints
Maintain SQC data base
Must Haves:
Strong knowledge of
SPC (metrics data)
20% travel
Combination of "shop-floor" and presentation/customer liaison
skills
