Description : Responsible to oversee food safety
affairs and executing the food safety programs for the shift. Assists the
Food Safety Manager as the on site food safety and
regulatory authority at the facility. This position drives the execution of
food safety systems at the plant by developing, modifying and maintaining the
plant's HACCP, SSOP, and regulatory programs to ensure compliance with all
regulatory requirements for the production of safe and wholesome food. Career
