Job Description
Senior Food Technologist
My
client, a bakery manufacturing company, seeks a food technologist
individual with expertise in Icing and/or Laminated Dough (such as cinnamon
rolls, croissants and turnovers.
This
individual should have 10 years of food science experience, experience
running projects and plant trials. Experience writing specifications and
process improvement.
Strong
Lab experience – someone who knows how and/or why about icing or laminated
dough
A
Food Science or related degree is required.
This
