New England Culinary Institute is looking for an Adjunct Instructor for
Food Science & Product Development. The Adjunct Instructor will be
responsible for educating students on the field of culinary research
and development. Course will offer students the opportunity to develop
their own specialty food item.
To uphold the standards of the
curriculum outlined by program. To utilize all available
resources that can compliment the course material. To support the needs of
individual students. To actively participate in
staff meetings and development workshops To evaluate students in a
critical and constructive manner.
Bachelors degree required. Ideal candidate will
possess knowledge and expertise in market research, product ideation,
product development process, taste panel training, manufacturing and
production, nutritional analysis and branding as it relates to new
product development and marketing.
