Food Scientist – Clayton, MO

This is a Contract to Hire Position

Lab Support is looking for Food Scientists in the greater St. Louis Area. Will be performing quality assurance testing for a company in the Food and Beverage Industry.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Food Science

· at least 2 years of experience working quality assurance in the Food and Beverage Industry

· sensory testing against a control

· microbiologiy skills are a plus

· ability to work in a production environment pulling samples

· great communication skills in a team environment

· attention to detail
