Federal investigators
are trying to track down the source of an outbreak of salmonella food
poisoning, which has affected some nevada residents. The nevada
state health division has not released the number of cases in the state,
but officials say 41 other states have reported people who have became ill
from eating certain foods. The centers for disease control and prevention
says 70 people nationwide have been hospitalized. Cdc
officials say a particular strain of the food poisoning cases has been
linked to cheese, eggs, and poultry.
