The Culinary Institute of
America, the worlds premier culinary college, is seeking applicants for a
part-time position to teach food safety to culinary and baking students
three times each year.
Topics to be covered include
prevention of food-borne illnesses, proper handling of potentially
hazardous foods, HACCP procedures and safe food preparation, storing and
reheating. Degree in nutrition, food science or related food service
industry experience required. Prior teaching experience preferred.
