Description SPECIALTY FOODS GROUP, INC. is a leading producer and marketer of famous brands including Field & Fischer brands and Nathans Famous Hot dogs. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Food Safety Manager to work out of our Chicago facility but able to travel to our Owensboro, KY facility to oversee and manage their Food Safety program.

Requirements Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor Degree in Meat or Food Science or closely related field and minimum of 5 years experience. Must be HACCP certified. Experience in implementation of SQF preferred. This position will report to the VP of Food Safety/Quality Assurance and is responsible for training, monitoring, maintaining, organizing and developing programs and procedures for the Food Safety Programs.
