POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This training position opens the door for a

The Technical Services/Food Safety Leadership
Development Program provides exposure to the inner workings of our
Technical Support, Product Development, and Technical Services areas. Get
ready to put your education and skills to work; you will be given the
opportunity to interact with all facets of the business beginning on day
one.

This is an intense six month program
specifically designed to develop the team member for a position in one of
our Technical areas. Upon successful completion of the six month program,
the team member will then be placed into a permanent position within one of
the defined areas. The position is available for high energy candidates
looking to build a career in our company. You will experience the
day-to-day issues and opportunities that define our business. Get ready to

Requirements
|
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in
Food Science, Food Safety, R&D or Food Marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive and optimistic outlook that inspires
confidence and trust
• Ability to work in a highly organized fashion
and in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with
individuals from multiple disciplines and with varying levels of
experience.
• Ability to function at a high level within a
team environment.
• Excellent computer skills including a good
working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
