PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ? Food Manufacturing ? $65,000 - $75,000
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science related discipline required. 3
or more years Production Supervisor experience in a food, beverage or CPG
manufacturing environment. This opportunity is with a corporation who is
known as ?one of the best places to work". Company is expanding

PLANT MANAGER ? Food Manufacturing - $140,000 - $160,000
(Compensation Includes base salary and bonus), Plus excellent benefits
and perks.
We are seeking those who stand out amongst their peers. Individuals who
in a short period of time have excellent in their career. This person
will be over all the plant operations, warehousing and shipping. Will
have a management staff reporting to them. This company is very involved
in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma so the Plant Manager will be dealing
with on a daily basis. Will participate in long term business planning.
Lead continuous improvement projects. Execution of capital projects.
Establish and meet budget goals. One of their main goals is to produce a
quality product. And much, much more?
Requires: Bachelors degree, advanced degree a plus. Must be either in a
Plant Manager or Operations Manager role in a Food Manufacturing
facility. Aggressive, forward thinking with solid record of achievements.
QUALITY MANAGER - $85,000 - $105,000
Bachelors degree. We are seeking individuals out of World Class
Corporations. Quality Management experience in consumer products, food,
beverage or CPG manufacturing. This position will be a high profile
position at the plant. Partner with Corporate Quality to establish
strategies for the Quality department. Looking for a strong leader that
will help bridge the gaps. These are high volume and high speed packaging
environments so be ready for a challenge.
QUALITY TECHNICIAN - $45,000 - $55,000
Bachelors degree required in either a Science or Engineering discipline.
At least 2 years of Quality, Laboratory, or Engineering experience in a
Food, Beverage or CPG type of industry. This role will be heavily
involved in the R&D side of the business. Will work with all
disciplines in the facility along with regulatory affairs to identify
ways to improve product quality. It will involve lab testing,
facilitating testing, being representative for the site HACCP team, and
much more.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SCIENTIST - $65,000 - $75,000
Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science. Two years of experience in
new product and process development. Experience with food extrusion
techniques, non-thermal processes, and preservation techniques.
HEALTH SCIENCE SCIENTIST - $65,000 - $75,000
Masters degree required in Food Science, Biochemistry or Biological
Science. Experience managing research programs. Develop protocols and
testing methodologies. Management of testing programs and data collection.
