- Request and manage electronic vendor information.
- Assists vendor FSQA team in management of key food safety data and
information
- Maintains critical controlled shared documentation in the technical
SharePoint site.
Manages product testing request process via 3rd party systems for FSQA vendor
team.
- Works in concert with the Food Safety & QA team members for prompt
resolutions of specific food safety or product quality issues with vendors
through product retrieval support and vendor reporting.
- Supports specific department requests through generic inbox monitoring.
- Provides support in facilitation of team meetings
- Maintains Document Control Program
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Related experience in Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity
with PowerPoint
Desired Requirements:
- Strong aptitude towards complex web-based systems
- Access database design and development experience
