§ Bachelor’s
degree in Food Science.
§ Five to
ten years of R&D experience with further processed cooked
meats.
§ Strong
experience with R&D product development flow from conception to
product launch of food products for the foodservice industry.
§ Proven
experience directing and managing R&D staff and activities.
Technical
knowledge in
product platforms or categories including ingredients,
processing techniques and equipment
