A large manufacture
in Southern CA is looking for a R&D Research Scientist. Ideal
candidate will have experience with innovation and development of a
product from idealtion/pre-formulation to
commercialization.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership to develop new innovative
ideas and transform into presentable and commercializableprotocepts and prototypes.
Ability to run and
monitor bench-top, and manufacturing
scale-up batches.
Ability to clearly
present and articulate product ideas and innovations to internal
and external customers
Requirements
A four year degree in Chemistry,Food
Science or Chemical Engineering
Must have at least four
years of industry formulation development experience.
Must have Strong
confectionary experience, hands-one formulation and scale up.
Must have experience
with innovation and development from ideation/pre-formulation to
commercialization of a product.
