Job Description

SENIOR FOOD SCIENTIST:

New position with a food ingredient manufacturing company based in the Northwest. Responsibilities will involve product development and applications through commercialization. Cross functional team activities will be a key part of the role.

Candidates must have a minimum of a BS in Food Science or related degree with 10 years of industry experience. An MS would be preferred. Business emphasis is in the savory category. As a result, familiarity with reaction chemistry is required. Culinary background would be beneficial.
