SQF Practitioner/QA Technician - Transmar Group –
Union City, CA QA
Technician will assure consistent quality of production by developing and executing
quality and food safety programs. Conduct quality lab tests, prepare samples
and act as support for customer audits and third party audits. Assist
Operations Manager and Production Supervisor to ensure GMP’s are being
followed. Maintain records for Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and other company
policies. Employer is
a busy family owned food-processing facility in the East Bay. This is a part
time position (up to 20 hours per week) with some flexibility as to days
worked. You will be
part of a team providing high quality ingredient to some of the most
respected brands in the country. Individuals
must be skilled in MS Office, have excellent written and verbal communication
skills, experience in food manufacturing, and dealing with customer
complaints. SQF Practitioner certificate required with college degree and
knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s. Work is in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. |
