Food Science Positions Various Locations

 

Director of Product Development in Minnesota This position will be responsible for planning and directing all product development activities.

You will be responsible for managing a group of 4 technical employees. You will manage a budget, negotiate contracts and work directly with customers.

PhD in food science or related field required. Must have experience managing a staff.

 

Sr. Food Scientist in Kansas This position will be responsible for applications and new product development. Minimum BS in Food Science or related field. Experience working with antioxidants for use as a preservative or for health benefits as applications to food products required.

 

Food Scientist in Maine This position will be responsible for product development at the benchtop through commercialization with a variety of frozen products including entrees, snacks and appetizers. Minimum BS in Food Science or related field. Experience working with frozen foods and chicken a plus.

 

Food Scientist in Wisconsin This position will be responsible for product development at the benchtop through commercialization with a variety of frozen products including entrees and side dishes. Minimum BS in Food Science or related field. Experience working with frozen foods a plus.

 

Quality Control Manager in Nebraska This person will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and regulatory programs. This person is responsible for providing leadership and managing staff members. You will implement all QA policies, programs and procedures. BS in Food Science or related field required. Minimum 3 years experience in the meat industry.

Must have experience managing a staff. Knowledge of USDA, FSIS, HACCP and SSOP requirements. Knowledge of SPC a plus.
