Job Description: Subject to Available Funding
Tenure-track position in a vibrant and growing Nutrition and Food Science
program. Appointment includes teaching and curriculum development for
undergraduate and graduate nutrition courses, with an emphasis on preventive
nutrition. Faculty members are expected to be active scholars, develop a
significant body of refereed publications, advise students, engage in
curriculum development, and participate in department, college, and
university committees.
Qualifications & Requirements: Earned doctorate in nutrition,
preventive nutrition, or related field. A Registered Dietitian preferred.
Ability to teach food management or food science courses desired. Candidates
must demonstrate a well-defined research agenda and evidence of scholarly
activities. The department and the College of Education and Human Services
